Photo uploaded Pretty disappointed with the 420 raffle. They said several times they would be doing the raffle on 420 so we went over on 420 for the raffle and goodie bags. When we got there, they only had tablecloths left and we were told we were only the 20th purchase of the day. And they didn't draw the winners until Easter. I tried to call the shop to see if they did the drawing but never got an answer. They finally called us durring our Easter dinner to let us know we won. Pretty distasteful.
and I'm not trying to be ungrateful but I scanned the case several times over my visits I had never seen my 'prize' in the box. Over about 2 months my bf and I bought about 45 raffle tickets on our several visits to the shop.
When we got a call saying we won a piece of artwork we were super excited! So the next day after work we headed over and picked up our winnings. Well the art work we got was a small canvas no bigger than about a deck of cards... I only ever saw large art pieces in the cases and I am pretty confident I seen every prize because I wouldn't have invested if they were such...

And it over your ccell cartridges and your selling of the mouth pieces? Are you kidding? Your taking a product that is manufactured and offered with a completing mouthpiece for use of the cartridge, you really disassembled these cartridges and are selling the wood or plastic tips as a $.50 product, like they are actually separate... LoL this is hilarious. And I spent roughly $70-100 a month at your store, but no longer. Hope your $.50 outrageous profit is worth it! I’d rather waste $5 in gas and go somewhere else if I had to drive an hour away I would!!!!! Read moreUsed to love this shop. Went in to buy a carta. I was originally overcharged. I didn’t notice till I was home and found a sticker with a cheaper price on it. Then I found out the carb cap was missing. I went in to take care of the over charge and the missing carb cap. He could not find the carb cap for my unit. Instead he gave me a carb cap from a different unit making my unit missed matched. Yes they took care of my problems but i don’t feel it was handled appropriately.
