Starbucks — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

Myself & my mother stopped by and my mother got the pineapple passion fruit drink and I got a grande size vanilla bean Frappuccino. I was at this same Starbucks the day prior and told them a large and was given a trenta.

Upon stepping into the Starbucks, the order procedure went fine but to get the drink was awful. There were 2 other groups ahead of me and my mom, the group ahead of us got their drinks before group 1 did and they were there with laptops and everything just waiting! It took atleast 15 minutes AAFTER we ordered that the first group got their drinks. The order and consistency was rather poor. For there being 4 workers, only 1 person was making drinks and people were flying thru the drive thru being tended as we ordered drinks @ 3:39 pm and it was 4:00 pm when we got in the car to leave. My mother convinced me to not leave even though it seemed like the drinks were never going to get made. It’s safe to say, unless that drive thru is empty I won’t be going back any time soon. HORRIBLE!! There are a few girls who still have a "high school mentality/maturity level" Especially the older short blonde with piercings and younger, long haired brunette.

I was JUST in the drive through with my 11 and 12 year old little girls and was told not to come back by a snobby teenager and an old woman with an accent because I handed the drinks back POLITELY and asked for the extra topping I requested on my order. Was then told "I know what you are doing, you're not allowed to come back here" and that I never mentioned extra topping (thankfully i always use the app and can prove I do) I was literally tossed two business cards for the manager I requested. I've gone to both locations, multiple times a day for years, and I can count on 1 hand how many times I've spoken up about an incorrect order and apparently some of the girls want to make false accusations and start petty drama...over toppings. So the food is usually pretty tasty and fresh. The bacon is usually pretty gross tho so I always ask for them to remove it and then i put my own bacon on at home. Win win in my book. So this seriously pains me to give 3 stars... Their service is usually really fantastic. Great attitudes, kindness, food is great, bakery- amazing, drinks- tasty. Only gripe i usually have is that when i get the breakfast sandwiches they are on their sides and everything tends to slide off by the time I get home. Today I ordered thru the app and picked up. Then I smelled the bacon. I double checked my receipt and the tag on the outside of each of the breakfast sandwiches. They all say no meat. However, each was layered in chewy bacon. I took off the bacon which took off the gouda cheese :( SOO i stopped at the grocery store and bought gouda cheese. Which is not cheap.
