We hosted my Dad's celebration of life at this hall. It was very unorganized in order to book the hall and the bartender provided was rude and made people feel uncomfortable. He complained that the manager didn't inform him of the times right and asked if we wanted to end the celebration an hour early... No... why would you ask us that??? The bartender was paid an hourly fee and he was tipped from attendees the entire time. At the end, he pulled my Mom to the side and told her that the final payment should include his tip, which she then added because my Mom is kind. He took advantage of her. I emailed the manage to inform him of this and he did not respond to me. Two months later my mom still hasn't received the $50 deposit which was supposed to have been paid back one month later. Awesome fishing experience for the kids. The rules should be more specific, in my opinion. It's easy to get biggest fish when you catch a sheepshead full of spawn. It's also sad knowing your 6 year old 45lb daughter fished, hooked, and landed her very own 15.5 lb large mouth bass. See her struggling n lose her footing made me realize it's pretty unlikely a 6 year old girl of same size wasn't hooking n landing a 25lb carp to win biggest fish....

Went for the Friday night Fish Fry with friends. Boda's manages the food and staff so things run smoothly (2nd time there). Hot and tasty perch plate. Salad bar + soup options + several potato choices makes this a good value. Don't expect a fancy dining room. You'll be seated at an 8-person banquet table and, depending on the size of your party, there will likely be another group...
