Pick 'n Save Money Services — Local services in Fond du Lac

Their claim is lower prices, and they did lower some, but others have been raised. We have a Festival Foods in town, and before Pick n Save did their big change, Festival was more expensive. Now there is no price difference. Pick n Save also claims a bigger selection. Their better selection is maybe more brands. For example, before you may have had (and I'm using this as an example, not a fact) 5 brands of pizza, but 20 different combinations of each brand of pizza. Now they have 20 different brands, but only 5 combinations of each.

Pick n Save has nothing on Festival, except it may be in your neighborhood, making it easier to run in if you only need a couple of things. Otherwise go to Festival. Much better variety in ALL areas-grocery, deli, meats, bakery-everything! And no, I don't work there, nor do I know anyone...

Last night my husband and I tried to check out with our $100+ worth of groceries and, because the 4-5 employees we saw were standing around the customer service desk chatting and the regular checkout lanes were closed (lights off, no one standing near them), we had to use the self checkout. Then when we needed an employee to come help us because the self checkout registers are ridiculous and cumbersome when you're trying to check out all those groceries, use coupons, etc, the cashier who came to help us said we should've just gone up to the closed register and started unloading. After the ridiculous amount of time we've had to spend in checkout lines in the past few months and the unprofessional way the cashiers speak to customers, we'll be making our best effort to not go back to this...

Wanted to use my e coupon which was created a month ago and used and tonite it wouldn't except my password or email,had a couple girls thru out the store help with no prevail,then a couple girls at the service desk even went on to the loyalty site to help out and again with no prevail ,,they couldn't figure it out either so what was supposed to be a quick 5 minutes in and out for the few items I wanted turned into a 30 minute visit and bought nothing and not to mention the 30 minute round trip,,I personally think after the employees trying to get my coupons to work and they tried hard but no luck I think they should have just honored the coupon price but didn't happen..not sure about this place anymore..should have taken care of the customer seeing how the glitch was...
