(EDIT) Six months later and I've noticed great improvement. Staff is more approachable and have more clear answers to questions. I appreciate the clarity that was brought to me as well; disposables are always going to be something that hits or misses the mark. Also, impressed with the expansion of products that's been coming to the store. It's nice coming in and seeing something a little different each time now than working with the same product endlessly. I'm excited to see y'all to continue to grow and have been coming regularly for my favorite juice I've found - Prohibition Juice Co. SIN TAX Peanut Butter Custard. Finally, the rewards system is really nice. I have a ton of points saved up and it's even better to be able to check the email and see where I'm at for my in-store points! Update: Honestly unless you want to get treated like absolute trash for having a vape that’s “outdated” that they still sell coils for and made out to he an issue for not just wanting to take the first or second vape flavor they offer you then I’d go elsewhere!

They have a decent supply of vape stuff BUT they told me 2 times now they would order my vape juice in and just have not. I would not count on them that’s for sure. As a customer of multiple different smoke shops in and around fond du lac, I can say the lack of education here is astounding. Make sure to look for the testing of products from anywhere you choose to purchase, to make sure you know what you are getting.

Also recently witnessed an employee here talk about sending cops to another smoke shop (because they thought something was illegal, that’s clearly not illegal). Rather petty and clearly trying to hamstring another cannabis company rather than working together to push the industry forward. Just wasn’t a very good...
