Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fond du Lac

Typically I have good experiences at this location. I usually go through the drive-thru between midnight and 1am. Today, it was not so great however. The order was correct and complete which was nice. However, I did not particularly appreciate the writing I found on my hot sauce packets (see photos). The ink used never dried whilst in the bag and one of the two packets (yes, only two were in the order) somehow made its way inside my quesadilla wrapper leaving one of the poorly cut slices with a surprisingly large ink smear that soaked right into it. Very apetizing looking! The taco I didn't even bother with. It was completely destroyed somehow even though it appeared to be bagged properly (sitting on top of the quesadilla.) I'm always up for a good taco salad, but since it appeard the taco was made an hour before I ordered, the sad remains of the shell were too soggy and mushy to possibly enjoy. Huge disappointment tonight's meal was. Despite only seeing through the drive-thru window, it's pretty easy to notice the severe lack of discipline on the night shift. Never before had i been so upset by a fast food establishment. As a former employee of a fast food place I can understand a dinner rush, however the service was abysmal. I didnt wait an hour and a half for a half hour like last time which I will say is better than I expected from the sheer amount of customers in the drive thru and lobby. However I would've rather waited longer for food that was not crushed and leaking food all over my wrappers as they appeared thrown together so carelessly jist to get an order out. My taco shell looked like broken glass when I unwrapped it, and my crunch wrap was missing half its ingredients inside the wrapper instead of the shell. And the last thing that truly solidified how disappointing it was to see this was just how bored some of these workers looked outside of maybe 2 employees trying to handle the drive through and counter together. There was a girl simply unstacking and restocking the cups while those 2 were rushing tirelessly and admittedly rushed and careless to get food out, I dont think I will ever...

I was shocked by this Taco Bell! A lot of locations give half portions of potatoes when you order them, making you pay the extra $3 for a full serving instead of a double, (I used to work at one), but this location actually dished out full servings. Great for anyone that eats the spicy potato soft taco, or the fiesta potatoes! But what shocked me the most, is the friendly staff. I have seen a lot of places have great food and mediocre staff. Mostly not caring about their job and being very sloppy with their work. Not here! I think the one thing that needs to be spoken about is, the amount of creamy jalapeno sauce that's on some of their products. It can be a little much, either too much, or all in one bite. Try to take the extra 1-2 seconds to make sure it's spread throughout the entire entree. Keep up the good work T-Bell Crew!
