I can't even describe the service I received, first off, Jessica right off the bat treated me as if we were family! She had constant communication which is a big thing for me when it comes to conducting business. She constantly made sure we were on the same page at all times and she literally gave genuine amazing customer service that you can't find anywhere else, if at any time I had questions or concerns, she was more than willing to answer those questions or concerns and not once did she ever make me feel like I was bothering her. Jessica is by far the Most pleasant person to work with. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and so accommodating. All questions were answered almost immediately. I booked my essentials well in advance and didn’t think twice until party time. Jay contacted me to confirm details. I think I had more questions that were immediately answered. The BEST rental company!! I had another company but their communication wasn’t as great and it took forever to get a quote. I decided to look elsewhere and Im so glad I did! They did such an AMAZING job! My visions were exactly how I wanted but even BETTER. They were able to do custom balloon arches, balloons shaped like a hot air balloon, custom back drop, tents, chairs, you name it!! The best communication, Jessica is sooo lovely and so pleasant to work with.
