Had an amazing experience here today. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted. The place was clean and well kept up. I didn't have to wait over my appointment time which is awesome since we had events that afternoon. My son got a haircut by Richard. He was amazing and had so much patience with him, super friendly and held up a great conversation and made him feel comfortable! I love the haircut my son received! No idea about how good the haircut could have been, I called and they said come in, this person is available. It's a 10 minute drive for me. By the time I arrived there were two people ahead of me. That's not a problem but the girl cutting hair spent more time looking at the customer's Instagram instead of cutting his hair. I ended up leaving because I could no longer tolerate being ignored. This is sad because I've been here in the past and gotten really good service. My prior good experiences are the only reason I bumped this review up...

My son has hair that’s very difficult to cut, I’ve gone to so many barber shops over the years and it would never end up looking right. His hair came out PERFECT this time, absolutely no complaints. Gabby, the woman who cut his hair, took the time to explain the different options we had for his hair, she was very patient, and took her time to cut his hair until I was satisfied.
