Dash — Local services in Fontana

I got my dash camera installed about 4 months ago not even a full year with them the camera is failing not even turning on at times it freezes and almost had a car accident due to the rear camera. It has low quality for the way they make it seem and convince that they’re the best , you can’t even see the license plates My vehicle started to do weird sounds like if there was a sparks with the speakers or wires but also it started to dim my interior lights on random times out of no where . My vehicle is a brand new 2024 Toyota RAV4 which should not have any electrical issues . Attached is proof that this is how it looks like very blurry downloading it from the acumen app videos and poor quality for the amount they charge which is a bummer . I was very disappointed in it but I did call them and they did mentioned they will replace it with a new one but if it’s given that issue I rather have them replace to one that I purchase outside their merchandise because I did pay them for what they have done to my car and their product failed . Maybe their tint and other stuff is good but from my experience I had this issue with the dash...

I had given them a 5 star review but I'm going to have to change that due to events happening a couple of weeks after. I'm going to tell it like it happened and let you be the judge. Basically the installer they assigned to me kept making mistakes such as bad connections, engine sounds on the speakers which supposed to be bad ground installation, etc. I had to keep coming back various times. Yes they owned their mistakes and tried to fix every time I went back, but I had to keep upgrading devices so I could get a decent sound. But that's not what hurt me, what got to me is that I had to keep going back, somethimes having to wait there, sometimes walk back home, time added up to a lot of money lost in time based on my income, that's what really hurt my pocket. I wasn't going away so the last time I went I could tell they really didn't want me there so I just left. I took to another shop and they re-installed everything I had purchased at this location and no BS, it sounds way better than the way these guys left it. Sorry but I won't...

okay , for those who are looking for an alarm system (viper2way) I will not come here. they installed my alarm everything worked good for like two weeks, after installation the alarm sound went out and few months after I started having problems with my car. when I mean problems I started having an electrical issue/failure. car will not crank nor turn over and each time you will hear a pop and whole car will shut off lights ect. i would have to disconnect and reconnect car battery to get lights back on, after many hours/days working on car I had to replace a couple of fuses and relays that blew I was still having problems. as soon as I disconnected fuses for alarm system the car turn right on and it has been a week with no issues. as soon as I reconnected the fuses the problem came back that exact moment. I am very upset with them I am very frustrated and hesitant to return to them.
