Had the worst experience ever!!!! Did the drive through today and asked for "The Stacker box" when the employee asked me what I wanted to drink I told him TWO LARGE PEPSIES NO ICE... I get there and the guy at the register is wearing gloves to handle the food..he tries giving me two medium drinks with ice..I told him I had requested TWO LARGE PEPSIES NO ICE...what does he do??? He grabs two large cups dumps the drinks he had on the medium cups THEN HE DIPS HIS FINGERS TO TAKE THE ICE OUT!!!WTH??? really??? After handling my credit card and God knows before me how many credit cards or cash and he dips his fingers to take the ice out??. SHAME ON HIM!!!! Then he gives me the drinks forgot to give me straws ...and I asked my son to sip the one he didn't put his hand in to make sure they were pepsies..guess what??? DIET PEPSI WAS GIVEN??? WHAT??? I was sooo mad and had to get off my car to return everything....people don't get fooled if you see a cashier with gloves...He SHOULDN'T BE WEARING THEM!!! Only people that handle food...NEVER!!! GOING BACK THERE AGAIN...NASTY IS THE WORD I WILL USE TO DESCRIBE THIS...

Let me start with I came to the store and I ask for with my order three sides of nacho cheese and made a special burrito. The girl from the window ask me for a three cheese blend and I stated yes on the burrito. She said ok, I get my order I go back home and come to realized itâs was the wrong cheese. I go back and ask to replace only my nachos bellgrande and giving me my nacho cheese and my beef. The same girl who made the mistake on the cheese she said they cannot replace my nachos. Because it wasnât there fault even though the mistake made the nachos soggy and cold. So the manager Melinda came to the window and she came combative ready to defend the nachos she made. The person instead of replacing the nachos she ended up giving me back all my money. I would have let it go just replacing instead she rather take a loss of a customer and a loss in revenue smh that is ok the one off valley took my money and made me my order like it should of.    Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Just had the worst customer service experience ever. And to top it off I had to eat cold soggy tacos. Went back to the store after spending over $27 for dinner to get my nacho fries that were not included in my bag. I tried to go in the store but the door was locked. There were 2 other customers in the store but I was told at the door that itâs not a big deal, I needed to get back in the drive thru line. I stated that I didnât want to wait 20 minutes for my order to be corrected. Was told too bad thatâs your only choice. I asked for the general managers name and she refused to tell me. Told me I could come back tomorrow and he would be there. I asked again if she was refusing to give me the general managers name and she responded she wasnât allowed to give names. To that I said BS. Based on this experience alone, I will not go back to this store. All they had to do was give an order of nacho fries and cheese to make it right. I would have waited outside but instead I got a terrible attitude and customer service over $1.50...
