Today 9/13/2019 store number 1862 1366 s. Riverside Ave Rialto California 92376. I approached the customer desk where a female associate by the name of Ruth was in and out. The wait time before she helped us was not good either. When she called me, she displayed a rude attitude when I was explaining that I had a detached single piece of flat tire. With frowning she was pointing outside telling me that I don't have to tell her and just go outside and drive to the pit. Long story short, it wasn't a good experience. After I called on her manager to raise a teaching moment, Rosa's manager told me it was due to call-offs that service delivery was poor. She explained that someone should have been outised guiding customers where to go for service but they had a call off making it a customer's fault. Later, the two technicians one a manager and a tech didn't seem to know what they were doing coz everything had to be confirmed with the manager. I feel like the associate Ruth had something to do with the technician declining to do everything above and beyond to repair my flat tire. I was told they couldn't fix a flat tire and had to be a new one claiming that there were tow holes in the tire. When I asked for a new one and was given a quote ( 185/60R15 84T DUG AS) after a while, the associate came back to me to inform me they did have the tire. The time was 18:06:05. That is the worst ever service I have ever received from Walmart. I left the store with a very disgusted, dissatisfied customer. I decided to give it a try at Walmart Fontana on Foothill. l went out for the same flat tire at Walmart Fontana auto center garage today Friday, Sept 13th at 06:55 pm and found two employees closing before close time at 7 pm. Mine was to drop off a flat tire. One of the employees not wearing a name tag with black spike hair told me he couldn't take me as it was already 7 pm. I challenged him and showed him my cell with the time posted 06:57 pm. Right in front of cameras. I asked for a manager and I was told he had already gone home. I went to the storefront and asked to speak with the store manager. I was told he too went home. I asked to speak to anyone in charge. I was directed to speak to an employee claiming to be a customer representative. His name tag was "Jr" I explained to him my issue and he called the center and was able to speak to a manager while I was standing with him at the store customer service lobby. The manager said the reason for closing early was due to a call-off. This is yet another reason given to me today same day at Walmart Rialto Supercenter auto care center where I was told there was disorganization due to call-offs. Such a bad service from Walmart. Never resulting again to give Walmart a chance to waste my time and gas the way they did today. To all other shoppers, be warned. Read moreWow! Just wow! We come to this Walmart every other week or so when we visit my father in law and my boyfriend comes in and pays his payments same way as always, but today he can’t do that. Apparently there’s a sign that says “Attention All Walmart Customers: we would like to apologize for any inconvenience, but we are no longer accepting hand written account numbers to make bill payment. We ask that you please provide a billing statement and or credit card to make a payment. Thank you” ... Now, we are being told that sign has been up for about 5 months but we have been coming here for a while like I said every other week paying the payments by just giving our information but now we can’t do that ? When we just did it 2 weeks ago !! We were getting poor customer service from both managers Shayla and Taseima. We had asked shayla if we can talk to her boss who is Taseima, we did not give any attitude but as shayla was walking out she went ahead and said “They don’t pay me enough for this”. I’m sorry but either get another job or shut your mouth. All we wanted was a simple answer,without any attitude given, as to why we have been able to do it the whole time they apparently weren’t supposed to. We asked the same question to Taseima and another horrible employee just giving attitude and walking away from us , now I’m a manager and even on my bad days I sure as hell don’t treat my customers with disrespect like they did to us. Finally at the end the store manager,David, was the one who knew how to deal with a customer. We let him know what our issue was,we asked our questions and he handled it calm and without an attitude too. I understand the stress they are in with everything going on but don’t take it out on the customers that aren’t giving you attitude until attitude is given to them first. Read moreI hate this Walmart was in line for 20 min. Ever time I go in, I am treated like trash. I only go in if it is 911 situation. I went when the door opened so I wouldn't have to deal with the craziness of the store. I drive all the way to Target before I go here. Anywhere but this store. The people are rude, disrespectful and you are bothering them if you asked for help. The cashier called for help no one responded. So I went back into the store to look for help...Took me 10 min to find help.I was told I will have someone call the cashier and tell them the price. 10 min later still no call. So I walked the whole store to get to the customer service to get help. I had a product with no price tag, took 1 hour to get a price...not the price of the product but something close to it... I asked for the right price, and I was" told this is the price I am giving you, don't like it don't buy the product". I ask how do I know you are over charging me.(3 times I asked) She says"How do you know I am not charging you enough, You might be getting a discount".( really did she say that to me?) I then said "So as a consumer you can charge me what ever you want. She said "they look like it might be by the same company, so take it or not". " This is all I can do." I then said, "let me be clear, If I want this product I must pay what you say", she said "Yes". I had my child with me, I was upset, I paid the price, and left the store. By the way I spent over $100.00 in the store before all this happened...Things I needed things I wanted, and get treated like a bum on the street. The sad thing is... I wanted the things I bought. I hate this Walmart. I really don't think they like Black people, I really feel this way...and I don't say that often...I tired of...
