I took my watch to be serviced and the girl who "worked" on it gave it back to me saying a new battery didn't help. I also noticed that the latch/clasp on the band, which was fine when I handed it to her was broken. When I tried to ask her about it, she pretended like she was getting a phone call and completely ignored me. So I I left and I then took it to a REAL watch repair service and they told me that two tiny screws inside the watch had unnecessarily been removed with one missing and the other not screwed back in. They(Lupitas), cost me an added $50 getting the band fixed, as I believe she extracted a screw from the clasp to try to use in place of the one she lost. I'll NEVER go back there and I'd vehemently recommend that NOBODY go there to do business with them; they are totally unprofessional and fraudulent... In short, ...

Really bad service! Took my bracelet to get fixed. I was told it would be ready within a few days. Called 5 days later to find out if my bracelet was ready for pick up. When the guy answered the phone he told me to wait 2 more days. Total of 7 days! Called them back after the 2 days they had promised me it would be done ( the bracelet).. when I called the store (Lupita’s Jewelers) A lady answered and told me they were still ordering or waiting on the parts🤦🏽 for my bracelet.
