I went in a few months ago to get my ring fixed. I explained that the band broke and I just needed it to be put back together. They only charged me $9.

I thought I got a good deal... until it broke not even a week later. I got the ring back with a thinner band than when I gave it to them.

Then I went in about a month ago to sell my gently used Epiphone DR-100 EB, a soft shell RoadRunner guitar case, a used capo, and a new package of D'Addario Phosphor Bronze EJ26 .011-.052 Acoustic Strings. I asked for $160 for everything (which was a steal for them because I know full and well you can buy this model of Epiphone off eBay for $160 alone).

The man had the audacity to say he'd take the guitar for $60.

I asked if he was just taking my guitar or if he was offering $60 for everything. He said he was taking everything: the capo, the unopened case of strings, the guitar, and the case. He wanted to pay me $60 for my guitar and wanted me to include everything mentioned.

My husband and I stood there, baffled. I asked why he valued everything at such a low price. He explained as follows:

"Well, these (guitars) sell used for $160, so I need to buy it off of you for $60, so... as for the case, it isn't worth alot and I don't need strings, I have enough here. And the capo... it's used, so nobody wants it..."

You're telling me you want my guitar for less than 50% of what it's valued at, that nobody wants the rest of my stuff, but you still want to take it from me? Yeah, no.

We promptly left and went to Guitar Center. They told me I was totally being scammed....

Very unhappy waking up on a Sunday morning getting to the shop at 9:27 a.m. they open up the shop let us in... we were ready to spend $4000 in jewelry and we picked up a ring which were charged $35 for ,very unhappy with the customer service there we asked to see some jewelry the young skinny guy said to wait he was put in jewelry away we felt that he could have said hold on let me put this away and I will help you in one minute, we waited over 20 minutes walking around the 3 employees there were there look like they just woke up very bitter we were Very unhappy that nothing was set up, they were moving as slow as a turtle, wait a minute turtles are faster they're moving slow as a slug they look like 3 slugs seriously,, very unhappy going to go spend my $4000 elsewhere.. they treat and talk to us like we're crackheads who need a hit in reality we just needed money for a week,, not crack heads,, maybe potheads(legal) SAY NO TO DRUGS... AND TOO THIS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PAWN...

I got my ring sized here when I was going to give my ring to my mom I noticed one diamond was gone.so the next day I come back and the guy had attitude about it was there told him he just told me it take weeks for me to get a diamond cause he didnt have it. Well I willing leave it I get a call close to closing and my worst fear happened! My .90CT diamond white Gold ring was "ready" same day but my damn diamond that was replaced was FAKE and smashed all over the top!! I will never trust that damn jeweler! And u know it's fake because I went to a jewelry store and they tested it! Please if you leave your items here have it tested right there or somewhere near by to make sure you are getting your actual quality of your jewelry! Now I have to take time out of my day to go argue with someone who has no sense of...
