Cocina Sinaloense — Restaurant in Fontana

Okay, so I've been wanting to visit this establishment for quite some time. I found it while I was looking around the city of Fontana on my Google Maps app on my phone.

I finally got to try out some food. The quesabirria plate was good! However, to me, the birria ramen con queso was definitely delicious! I put some lime and toppings. Thought I haven't tried many other servings yet, this will probably still be my favorite dish. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS DISH! There is no doubt about it.

There are restrooms available. The inside isn't that big, but there are several tables available with 4 chairs each. It's located on Sierra Ave. There's parking in front on the main street. There's also a parking lot in the back with ample parking. Overall, this was a great first impression. I will definitely go back.

At first I was skeptical about eating here due to prior comments that were made. However, I wanted to try the food first hand.. we ordered the Ceviche Quintero, The Coctel De Camarón, & a Kids Meal that included A Taco de Pollo, Rice, and Beans. My reaction to every dish was simply DELICIOUS, the agua frescas were a bonus. The Music Playing in the background had us vibing giving us that Authentic Mexican feel. The owner introduced herself to us. She was very polite, & looked very clean. I was able to peek through the kitchen and I seen the ladies with their hair in nets, gloves, and were constantly cleaning right after each order. This right here is my new favorite to go place. I highly recommend this restaurant, and especially for the kids meals, since everything is made from scratch instead of kids eating processed...

I placed a simple order. 2 birria tacos and a birria ramen. When I opened my birria ramen I noticed that they had served me nothing but ramen and no birria at all. Not even a small piece. I called the restaurant to notify them and the lady that answered the phone put me on a hold so she can speak with the cook. She then says that he did forget to put the meat inside. I asked for a refund, but unfortunately, I did have to go through Uber eats to have that taken care of. Which I understand, those are the policies. But the fact is that she didn’t even offer her to replace my meal or any type of customer satisfaction service for their mistake.
