I bought a packet of “100% whole wheat Atta” (Sher) from this store, but when I made the dough and rotis, the flour turned very yellow and the rotis tasted rubbery. I’ve used many brands of Atta before and never had this problem.

When I called the store to share my concern, the response was disappointing — they told me it’s a best-selling product but admitted they have never even tried it themselves. They also said there was nothing they could do.

As a customer, I expect at least some accountability or guidance. Selling a product without ever testing it and then refusing to even listen properly doesn’t feel right. I hope the store improves their customer service and...

Rude and shrewd! They don’t value their customers’ time! Don’t bother to order food ahead of time… they will fail to complete your order and won’t even apologize…just lame excuses and will say “we forgot to update you”. During summer they will sell you a box of mangoes for cheap and half of them will be rotten. Always pushing desi customers to buy items in bulk.. that are probably expiring.
