Pizza101 — Restaurant in Fontana

I have been a customer of Pizza 101 since 2013 and have very much enjoyed their food. However, I came home on a friday night tired, beat up from the week, so I decided to order food from them and relax. I went to Google and typed in "Pizza 101" and I clicked on the first site that popped up because it said menu. I looked over the menu and selected 3 items which were 1.) Mozzarella sticks 8 pc = $5.49, 2.) Chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich = $5.99 and Bbq short ribs 12oz. = $6.99... I was cool, not bad prices. I called in and made my order and when he told me the total.. I said " WHAAAAAT!?!?!?!?" Mozzarella sticks are $7.49, Chicken bacon ranch sandwich is $7.99 and the ribs are $8.99!! I told him that the online menu said (prices above). He asked a manager and came back and told me that the ONLY prices they honor is the website's. I kindly told him that whoever handles thier websites and media needed to get on there job and fix or delete those menus. Because the Google site is the FIRST one you see when you search and it has a MENU tab right there to click! This will be my last order there... Becuase they could have given great customer service and gave me the menu prices on google. It is NOT up to the customer to search for the RIGHT UPDATED MENU... It is for the business to have CORRECT...

Good hometown pizza with creative specialty pizzas and big portions. We receive flyers and ads for food on our doorstep all the time, but this one stood out when we noticed the signature pizzas. We figured we'd try it. We ordered the mustard pastrami pizza and the king pepperoni with a side of stuffed peppers. Pizza came quick and was fresh. The pastrami pizza is a home run. Tastes just like the sandwhich. The pepperoni pizza was big and full of cheese and large pepperoni. Both pizzas were good with a nice soft crust. My only complaint is that the pepperoni pizza was super greasy, but likely from how much cheese and pepperoni is on the actual pizza. You get your money's worth that's for sure. The stuffed peppers we're good, but a little underdone and slightly underwhelming. Overall, pizza is good with tasty crust and awesome creative toppings. You get your moneys worth with the cheese and toppings and the food is fresh. My biggest worry was that the toppings would be gimmicky and low quality something similar to what you would find at Pieology. This was not the case. Give this hometown place a go and try the specialty pizzas. They are legit and this place deserves to stay around so we can see what they come...

We were looking forward to having a decent pizza as we haven’t had any in a while. Went on there website clicked promotions found a good sounding deal which would get us two different types of pizza. we ordered At 4:03 p.m. on a Sunday The driver arrived at 5:20 with our order and handed me a receipt for 15 dollars more than what my emailed receipt said. Driver told me I would have to call to speak with them so i called 7 times i was placed on hold 6 times and promptly hung up on, the 7th call i was put on hold again and was finally dealt with, 5 minutes later i was told i would be billed correctly but to still sign the receipt that i was overcharged for which i was uncomfortable doin but did so with crossing out the incorrect totals and replacing with correct dollar amount. So finally finishing dealing with everything it was now 5:34 p.m. we opened the pizzas and they were both lukewarm.
