I use to have bad experiences on kfc but in this store it was the worse. I only wanted a piece chicken breast and it took around 30 minutes wasting my time and money for them to tell me the they don't have it. First a kids took my order and it was a person next to me waiting because he gave her order wrong. I waited other 10 minutes for someone calling my order at first time and it was also wrong. So I waited patently. At that time 3 other customers were upset with he same issue, so now we were waiting 5 different customers waiting for someone to fix our order. Nobody at front taking care of us. They didn't apologize or nothing. They were just like robots keep serving wrong orders. At my second attempt I was trying to make sure that they understood what I want it: a single piece of crispy breast. When I opened my box they gave by second time in a row a WRONG order!!!
It passed like 30 minutes when the manager showed up without concern by my long wait, I didn't received any apologies or anything because she was more interested on her headphones when she just stated: we don't have chicken breast!!!!...
They were tying to sell me chicken breast for thighs? They were lying to me? What's wrong with this store that when I was walking out a little upset for such bad experience, there other confused customers coming in because they also got bad others....
Read moreThe food was good, no complaints there. The service though, very poor in my opinion. Went through the Drive-thru on Friday (12/6), placed my order (3 cookies, 2 chicken littles and wedges). I received my order pretty quickly which was nice but when leaving I didn’t have the small order of wedges, so i called and spoke to Manny, he let me know I can pick them up when it was convenient, cool. With that order I just asked for ranch and ketchup, I got 1 ranch and no ketchup, but I did get honey mustard and another unneeded sauces, with no napkins in the bag. I came back on 12/11 after work to pick up the wedges, they upsized my order for the inconvenience, which was really appreciated, I ordered a chicken little on the side, asked for 1 ranch and ketchup, the girl at the window told me to park in front for fresh wedges, “about 5 mins”, I waited over 10 mins in the front. When I finally got my order, it was given to me by an employee who just clocked out and was conveniently walking out to his ride. Again, no napkins, ranch or ketchup. While I was waiting it sure did look like they were having a good time inside tho. I get work can be a drag, especially customer service, but they weren’t busy, my condiment request wasn’t a lot and a simple “thank you for your patience”...

Dining closed so had to go drive thru. It’s understandable however, since my son was asleep when we ordered-I got for my daughter first and planned to come back for my son after-
As we ordered, I asked the lady who got my order if I can refill my drink - she was very nice to say yes but I wasn’t drinking yet as I was driving - so I asked if I can come back and follow the cars along drive thru and she said yes with a smile —— awesome lady ! 😊
As we parked and waiting for my son to wake up - I ordered a sandwich for my toddler son and asked for a refill - which I asked ftom the first employee however, the second employee who was there to take the orders say she can’t do it for me so I explained that I asked the other lady and she said yes- she asked one lady and without a smile and asking the issue - I explained though (I had to) said the same statement—-
I even showed my paper bag from KFC—-
The point here is that KFC closed the dining and they can’t refill its costumers’ drinks —— ?!?! If this is so —- have it POSTED for us to know
If that’s the policy — please be consistent
Ask the issue and don’t look at the costumer as if she or he is committing a crime of stealing a drink ——
