Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Fontana

Second time visiting this place, and i can say i was very disappointed with the customer service this second visit, we had a very horrible experience with a female call Isabel , we were waiting for a little while to order Ice cream and when it was our turn she wouldn't even look at me and was rushing to help us , i ordered my ice cream she didn't even asked if i was taking it out or eating there, so i asked for a lid then my husband ordered his ice cream and she threw the spoon on the dirty counter and you can see that is dirty, then i asked her for a clean spoon then she proceeded to slide the metal container over the counter with attitude and then we are getting ready to pay she is still making faces and giving attitude so i asked for a bag for our ice. The whole point is sometimes you just want to get out for a bit and enjoy an ice cream, but with customers serving like this, who wants to go back to a place with people that don't know how to treat everyone equally and respectfully. Went to baskin Robbins for the usual 3 scoop Sunday and noticed that the scoops were golf ball size. I asked the girl why the scoops were so small. They didn't even fill half the cup. She said they now use child size scoops for their sundays🤦🏻‍♀️ the price of course is the same but it looks like half the size of the regular scoops. She filled the top half with whip cream. Won't be going back for the mediocre size scoops. Give adults adult size scoops since that is the price we are paying for. The pics I uploaded show how the icecream only fills up halfway. You are basically getting 1 regular portion of ice-cream in 3 tiny scoops. This is ridiculous. Atleast get smaller containers cause you aren't fooling anyone. Don't visit this location if your placing a custom order. They will get it wrong. i went into the store and called to make sure something specific was changed on my order. upon receiving the order and cutting into it was not changed. i called and the manager asked for me to send him photos and i offered to just bring it in. I brought the cake in and was offered half my money back and to keep the cake. I didn't want the cake as it wasn't what i ordered. i demanded all my money back and proceeded to trash the cake in front of them. Not sure how this location got something so simple and small wrong.
