Selling used gift cards or stolen gift cards. Earlier today I bought a gift card at this location and found out it was used and won’t work for nothing. When i asked why it wouldn’t and explained on what I have tried to do to get the card to work they just told me they can’t do anything about it except for giving me a customer service number or to call the number behind the card. I sat in my car for 1 or 2 hours to get a hold of someone but wouldn’t answer and when I tried to call the number behind the gift card they weren’t so helpful with my situation. I placed an order for delivery. I received a text saying my delivery time was adjusted from 10pm to 11pm. They aren’t even open at 10pm. Then I got an email saying 2 out of the 3 items are not in stock (including the one item I really needed). I called the 24 hour customer number sent in the text to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t help me and I had to contact the closed store.
