Carolina Pearl Boutique — Local services in Forest City

Open hours don’t exist for this small business. They have posted that they will be open at 10 am. Everytime I have tried to come around 10-11 am the doors are locked and lights off. I understand having issues, but communication is key, don’t post your hours if you’re not going to abide by them. Also ordered Christmas presents they swore would be ready by Christmas and when we went in to pick them up, they simply said they could not find our order. Came back the week after Christmas and they had our order, but they had misspelled and engraved item, and offered to fix it, but they did not offer compensation.
