The UN restaurant review. This isn't actually a restaurant, it's a party store. A&L Trading Post located in, Lake city MI. It's your typical hometown party store with all the regular items one might find but tucked in the back they have a deli that serves appetizers, salads, subs, Mexican and pizza. We've had several of their pizzas, like this one, The cheese burger pizza and they've all been top notch, loaded with fresh toppings, hot out of the oven. Their chicken wings are huge, juicy and always cooked to perfection! Everything is reasonably priced, this loaded 12" pie would easily feed 4 and is only priced at $12.99 these jumbo tender, juicy and well coated wings were 10 pieces for $12.99, (average price) . The employees are always friendly with quick service and the overall place is well kept. We give them a 9.5 out of 10 and Cahira Crystal Miller and I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in their neck of the woods. I should also mention they offer pizza by the slice, and premade hot sandwiches for grab and go convince. We hope this review was helpful for you while you're traveling in this beautiful part of Michigan and happy...
Read moreVery helpful and friendly staff! They have a little bit of everything in this store! They have a whole isles just for fishing supplies.they also serve hot food.( The Italian sub is one of my favorites) definitely worth checking out!

These new owners have recently taken over the Next door food store marathon gas station also, and low and behold. They don't have any local resident employees at this business either. It's my opinion that that's not a very smart move on behalf of the new and current owners of these establishments. Unfortunately, because of the reasons i stated above, people from here, including myself, will no longer be shopping at...
Read moreWhen you own a business that sells food, consistent quality food should be your top priority. When a customer orders something and they like it they return for exact same thing...because they liked it. But when you get something different every time you order same items, you look elsewhere to do your business. One night we got a fantastic pizza, with extra cheese. It was gooey and delicious. We talked all the next day. It was a 'restaurant quality' a pizza to be proud of. So next day we ordered the same items. But it wasn't even gas station cardboard worthy. It had no gooeyness. It was thin. And no extra cheese. The cheese on it was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting on a shelf. We looked forward to the same yumminess instead spent a lot of money to go to bed hungry and...
