B.C. Pizza Lake City — Restaurant in Forest Township

Normally I'm really happy with their service but not this time. I ordered ar 5pm on a Monday 12/18). I had looked at the paper menu and on the back has three 'Pleaser' options. I decided on the Pizzarelli Pleaser, which is 1 large pizza with 5 toppings and an order of breadsticks. (I also ordered a salad). The delivery guy showed up, no breadsticks. I specifically said that I wanted the Pizzarelli Pleaser. I expected that the employees would know the menu of the business that they work at. And when I called to inquire what happened with my order, the employee basically made it seem like it was my fault because I never said anything when she read it back. So, it's the customers fault that the employee doesn't know the menu?? Hmm. When a business has a menu the employee is expected to know it thoroughly and not blame the customer. She should have known that the 'Pleaser' options that are prominently displayed at the top of the backside of the menu right above their phone number. And on top of that she didn't apologize for the miscommunication and seemed to have an attitude. So good work, I'll go to a competitor...

As much as I dont want to give this location 1 star, I need to. The food is good but not good enough to forgive the terrible service. On the two occasions I have ordered delivery, my food was made incorrectly. I was very specific both times and still both times it was wrong. When I asked for them to be remade the driver had an attitude about it, when bringing it back it was tossed on the counter to me where I was working. One of the remakes couldnt be made correctly bc they didnt have all the stuff. Maybe thats minor but worth calling to ask if I still wanted it. Customer service inside is just as poor. Employees really dont care about much of anything. Men's bathroom has no paper towel. The ice machine is broken so there's no ice in the fountain and nobody apparently has gone to buy ice. Seems to me that should be something they tell you up front when you order fountain drinks. I have asked to speak with someone above the store manager and have been told I would get a call if I left my phone number. Not very happy.go in order a small personal cheese pizza .a large pizza with mushrooms. Gr olives and pepperoni. To go get our pizza go home open it up and our large is a pepperoni.so I call .tell them what happened. .can you hold.they say.so I wait .tell my husband I think they just set the phone down.went to put it on speaker so he could hear and I hung up.so I called back.some boy say hold on and a girl answers. And tells me my manager is busy with paperwork. I'm like I want my pizza and you can deliver it.then I say never mind I will send my husband in.and then I ask do you want the pizza back and she says yes.so my husband takes back the wrong pizza to get the right one.he goes in and to get the pig on and they are lime here's your pizza thank you have a goodnight. He ask for a manager and she says she not in at the moment. They never said sorry..nothing..what bothers us is that wrong pizza left the store and they wanted back and we think they were getting ready to send it out again..because they set it on the shelf. .we will never go there again..very poor...
