This store is awful, I took my iPhone in to have my screen replaced because it was cracked i was still able to use it, just had a racked screen they kept my phone for 3 hours took it apart then stated they did not have the parts to fix it when I came to pick it up, I gave them a back up number to call to inform me when the phone would be available, they put a phone back together so that i can take it to a legit business and handed me the wrong phone the clerk and i argued because he felt I was lying about it not being my phone he then found my phone after i sat in there another 30 minutes and said he needed an extra hour to put my phone together SO it is now 6 o'clock I pick up my now worse phone that has no back light he said it was because they had to take the phone apart and it will be back on by time they fix it. I take my phone to apple fix they immediately inform me who ever has been in my phone has destroyed my back light he called from his store phone and ask can they repair a phone in my model he confirms that they have the parts so now my phone must be shipped for 2 weeks and they do not want to replace my phone, they told me i must terminate my contract with my company and use a new number so they can part out my cell phone. I will be pressing charges...

Don’t come if you want your laptop fixed. I have been here before and came again to have my laptop fixed i brought my laptop in on the weekend and they said the technician isn’t here and to come back monday which was fine. I said I could come at 5:30 pm after work and called them again monday morning, making sure the technician would still be there by the time i got there and he said he would be there and i kept telling them i was bringing my laptop and i had it there when i brought it the first time. I finally come back monday at 5:30 and they tell me they don’t fix them. i told them i had it done here before and he went back into the baclk and then said they don’t do it anymore. I just wish they would’ve told me they don’t fix them anymore when i first brought it in. I could’ve been searching for someone else to do it all weekend instead of looking forward to it and then being disappointed. WILL NOT...

The customer service was very good. I was not able to take my laptop in the store, but my sister did. I could not take it in had back surgery. They took the time to explain everything, to my sister and even talking to me over the phone. Then to make sure, The Rep at this store, said it could be taken to their 5 point west location to be check out for free for a second opinion.They kept it for about 1 day and half. Was not able to fix it. Did not charge be nothing at both place's. I was told both stores was nice and took time to tell me over the phone about my laptop. GREAT JOB E Z COMM, THANKS...
