Worst experience ever! Took 30 minutes to get my Starbucks order. The girl behind the register on 12/26 around 11AM had the worse attitude and I guess I was her target. First it took 10-15 mins for her take my order. When I asked for a specific coffee I got an attitude response that they didn’t have any. So I said forget it and ordered a drink for my daughter. Then ordered two breakfast sandwiches. She started the Carmel during and realized she didn’t have enough Carmel. She went to the back to get kore Carmel and was gone for about 5 minutes. During this time our sandwiches weren’t put into the warmer, they just sat in the counter. When she returned with the caramel she proceeded to refill all the caramel bottles never continuing with making the one drink we ordered. And still our sandwiches sat. She proceeded to cut up with her co-workers and made one of them their drink. And still our sandwiches sat. Then she complained about the register monitor not working properly. Still no warm sandwiches and no drink. She finally put our sandwiches in the warmer, 25 minutes later. Once we got our sandwiches I asked about the drink as she never said your drink is coming up. When I asked she looked at me with attitude and said I’m making it. Once I got it she never said sorry about the wait, nothing. So ghetto and immature. I am still so mad at this experience at this store I really don’t want to ever visit another Target. I’ve worked retail matter of fact at a Target in Northern Virginia, and know for a fact this person needs training or suspended. I hope someone responds to this letter to at least know I was listened...
Read moreAnna & Michelle at the customer service desk were both rude & dismissive about a general question I asked. The wrong drive up order was placed into my trunk. As soon as the guy closed my trunk, I called the store & spoke to Michelle. Upon confirmation, Michelle asked me to bring in the incorrect order in exchange for my actual order. When I got to the counter, Anna handed me my items. I asked, what is the point of a drive up order if you were going to have a customer come in to pick up their items? Michelle responded in a condescending tone, "I'm sorry, do you want someone to wheel it out for you?" I told her, "Well of course I don't because I walked in to get it." I repeated my question by stating, "But why would you have a customer come in to pick up their order instead of bringing it out?" Anna stated that she didn't know that I was still outside & all we can do is apologize & learn from the situation." I told her I feel like you're being very dismissive & not even listening. Michelle rolled her eyes & walked away. There should be a policy or guideline to not have a customer bring items back in the store for a drive up order. Have the correct order brought out & the wrong order taken back by a Target employee. I'm not sure why they both had an attitude, but its just a job & they should not get an attitude with a customer that doesn't bring that type of energy towards them first. I'm a retail manager as well & I get it, but I would never be condescending & rude over a question posed. Please make them both aware of my complaint & hopefully they understand where I'm...
Read moreI have shopped at this Target for many years as I live in close proximity. I can honestly say, I’ve never had any bad experiences until this year. Unfortunately, all because of Calvin, Jahniya and the security staff.
First of all, Calvin is the most unprofessional, immature, confrontational, rude, lazy, gossiping, lying, disrespectful employee I’ve ever met. He doesn’t want to work and always have an attitude. When he know you’re going to file a complaint against him with management he will go to security and make false accusations against you, which is dangerous, unsettling and unacceptable. He plays the victim and is the initiator, and covers it up very well.
Jahniya, will involve herself and defend colleagues when there in situations with a customer. She will become aggressive and confrontational towards the customer. She even almost ran a pushing cart into me while I was talking to Kenzie, Asset Protection Manager because of her bad attitude. She would’ve If I didn’t move out of the way.
The security staff (Malik and Marabel) are extremely unprofessional, inexperienced and incompetent. They will approach you very aggressively based off of lies and will not ask what happened before asking you to leave, which is very unprofessional, disappointing, embarrassing, humiliating and unacceptable.
Target really needs to look into the poor conduct of these employees and complaints made against them. Their aggression and lies is extremely concerning. They are definitely a liability. At this time, I will not be going back to this location as I am extremely concerned...
