Terrible place. Wanted to sample the snickerdoodles to see if I wanted to buy. This is something that is done in any reputable business selling food. I asked for a small sample of the snicker doodle before buying a dozen and was replied with a cold blank faced “No!” What type of customer service is this? You could’ve at least said, “Unfortunately we don’t sample our cookies however I can assure you that they are the tastiest etc.” I’m guessing because you’re in a black community you’re more lax with your customer relations which is disgusting for a business. Very loyal customer we at least visit once a month. Baked goods are delicious and customer service is usually on point. Unfortunately this past Tuesday was a bit complicated. I was over charged and the employees working could not process refund. I had to journey back to the Mall to get the refund and the lady was pleasant to the best of her ability. Ppl please wake up. They are over charging us on purpose. I see that the prices went up- ok fine ; but they are taxing us 3 times .6%. When I asked what I was being overly charged for, she said taxes are .6%. I said ok but .6% on $5 is not $5.46 and just wanted to know what I was paying for. She would not answer me and kept sarcastically asking me did I want her to take 1 cookie out?
