SUPERCUTS — Local services in Forks Township

I’ve been to many Supercuts in the past and have never had a service as bad as this one. I went in for a cut, shampoo, and blow dry and paid $23 including the coupon I had (which is normal for long hair line mine). I liked that they were able to make a last minute appointment for me and take me right away. She wasn’t really friendly but she could just be having an off day or introverted. When she was washing my hair she completely missed the bottom of my head near my neck. Not sure if she noticed but it wasn’t fixed and I’m not one to speak up. She didn’t really scrub my head well and it doesn’t feel like my scalp actually got clean. I have long hair and wanted my hair cut to medium length. when I got home, I realized a portion of my hair wasn’t even cut. It’s really noticeable, uneven, and I had to cut it myself. My wife got her Roots done there on a Friday, it was the worst her hair has ever looked. it looked like they dyed her hair leopard print because they missed so much. Then at a huge inconvenience to us we had to come back on a Monday where the manager of the store had the nerve to tell my wife that they undercharged her and the girl went too quick for that reason. That was their excuse for my wife's horrible color Job and cut. The manager went on to say so next time when you come back it's going to be an extra $30. As if we would ever come back to this terrible establishment again some of the blame should be on us it's not the first time they gave her a terrible haircut, and we should have learned our lesson the first time. They should give her her money back not charged extra I strongly recommend never entering this poor...

Had a second bad experience here. I was a regular client and I called early Saturday and made a 5:00 appointment. I got there at 4:55 and there was a person in the chair, a person waiting. Fine, sometimes things come up that slow things down. Not a big problem. Then another person came in after me. The stylist i was scheduled for said after the person in the chair, the person before me is up next, then the person who came in AFTER me, who could not have had an earlier appointment, then me.

Unacceptable, so I left as I wouldn't be in the chair til 6:00 at the earliest! What's the point of appointments, if you're not going to honor them.

This was the second time it's happened, and again, I can understand delays, but I won't tolerate not respecting appointments and taking people prior to an appointment.
