I think Rosie might be desperate for money; not a nice person! Nearly every appointment ( over a year) I would bring a small gifts/ treats (e.g., deserts, beverages, several pairs of earrings for her daughter) for Rosie and her staff. Some she would put on her alter. I never wanted anything in return because it's just my way! I never complained when Rosie was running late because she decided to take a client who was late. I never complained when Rosie stopped doing my service to paint designs on someone else's nails, or when sometimes the same service would have a different price each time 👀. Because of these inconsiderations my schedule would be foiled but again, I never complained.. Yet, today I was unable to do the two services I was scheduled for I could only do one service because a family member is dying and I need to be there. Right away when I told Rosie she went on about "the money she's loosing, she could've booked another service instead of just the one I was able to do." I told her I could do both services at my next appointment which was already scheduled for two weeks. That wasn't good enough.. my apologies weren't good enough either. Rosie started pacing the nail shop bad talking me to her then client. She canceled my one service because I couldn't keep both, and told me not to come back! I told her all I had done for her in kindness, and I never complained for all the inconveniences.. of course her client became combative with me when it wasn't her concern, while Rosie encouraged it.
I was a Cosmetologist for 15 years I would never try and shame a regular client or anyone for not keeping a service. In fact I cared about my clients and we established great working relationships. Whelp! No loss for me I'll continue to be kind to others. I don't have to pretend. No response needed or excepted in order to try and save an already failing reputation. Shame on you Rosie! One day you might figure it out but I won't hold my breath.👏
ANYONE can blink an eye and find a nail tech. I scheduled both services with another salon for the date and time that works best for me.. the...
Read moreI have been going to Asia Nails since 2020 and every single time I walk out the door, I look at my nails and smile and feel thankful that I found Rose and Michael after Covid. ❤️
The staff is wonderful. Sweet, personable, knowledgeable. Being there always adds some fun to my day. At the same time it is so relaxing! The weeks I get my pedicure I could fall asleep! Michael is amazing at pedis and Rose.....Oh my Rose.....She is amazing! It doesn't matter what crazy design I show her, she will make it happen and keep my sparkles shining bright!
I have said it many times so now I'll say it officially on Google. If you aren't going to Asia, you are at the...
Read moreThis is not the nail salon you should be visiting. My friend and I went here for the first time and our first service was pedicures and they didn’t put lotion or anything on our legs which I always thought was one of the main things that comes with pedicures. The person that was working on me kept picking at the skin around my toes with the cuticle cutters. He just kept picking to the point where one of my toes started bleeding. Now for the full set I got. First of did not follow the idea I showed him. Second when it came to the nail polish it just made the shape of my nails look weird. I paid so much for these and I hate them so much. I’ll never be...
