We absolutely love our Steve Silver couch! Very comfortable and very versatile. But the hands down best part of our purchase was the customer service. Amazing! When we first bought our couch, we discovered that we were missing two power cords. The furniture store we bought the couch from did nothing. So we tried calling the number on the furniture. First off, real person answered, no automation or long queue hold time. They shipped us the replacement parts in days at no cost. Five months later one of our kids broke a footrest slide in one of the recliners. Called them again, a real person answered and help us find the replacement part. It was shipped out within an hour of calling. This level of customer service is a rarity in today’s world. It was so refreshing and stress free. They actually cared about their customers. Moving forward, we will always buy from the Steve Silver Company. You have earned our loyalty. Thank you for standing behind your products.

Read moreMy mom who is disabled, bought a brand new table still in box (Ally Extendable Dining Table) this company manufactured. The company she purchased it from has since closed down. A service technician came out and stated the table was pushed together before it dryer so the table meant for 8 only seats 4. Steven Silver Company said they would not replace it even at their service technician request. I spoke to Randy the manager of customer service who was very rude and aggressive to me. She kept cutting me off and raised her voice and a very rude tone. She stated she didn’t have to let me speak to anyone else. At the end she got my number and stated Jason the CFO would call me but she would be on the call with him because she has the final say.
Moving forward I will make sure that I check for the manufacturer before I purchase anything. And I don’t recommend this...
Read moreI've had the worst experience with a significant investment. I purchased the Steve Silver Company product "Monte Carlo King Size: bedroom set and it did NOT withstand any basic standard. Somehow, the headboard and footboard got exposed to moisture and immediately fell apart. The product has an amazing appearance, however, I was totally disappointed that a minor spill would have caused such significant destruction, with no way for correction. I would have hoped that the manufacturer stood behind their name and product, without saying "go to the retailer to address it, we can't help you" after spending so much $$$ on such an item, that the warehouse/seller doesn't carry anymore.
