Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Forney

This is probably my fourth or fifth time having a Dutch Bros coffee ever, so I wouldn’t say that I’m a regular. I left my Celsius at home on this particular day and I was headed to the gym so I wanted to get some caffeine in my system. Surprisingly I see on the menu there’s a protein coffee drink option for the golden eagle and three others. I’m super excited because it’s like 20 g of protein. So Ask for oat milk instead of half-and-half with the sugar-free sweeteners. She reads the order back and doesn’t mention the protein so I’m like “what about the protein?” She tells me oh it’s not really protein it’s just the protein that comes in the milk. So that’s supposedly 20 g of protein? Then I realize and I ask her since I got oat milk, it’s not even 20g, correct? She was like pretty much. To me that’s really false advertisement. Everyone was really nice and friendly, but if you don’t really have a protein drink, then you shouldn’t have it on the menu.

About 20 min later I look on the website and it says it’s made with protein milk. I just feel it could’ve been explained better. I didn’t want the 1/2 And 1/2. I would’ve been fine with protein milk. If I had known simply it was made with protein milk ( instead of saying oh it’s not really protein. Just what comes in the milk… (I’m thinking the normal protein in normal milk)), I feel I could have adjusted the order...

Very great coffee place & well worth the hype! ☕☕☕♥️ the various menu options! My husband and I had been wanting to try out this place for awhile and were finally able to Today and we thoroughly enjoyed! We were able to receive the Free Drink Reward upon signing up on the app. There was a mix up with my order being taken but not received at the front which was quickly fixed at the front window within seconds. The young man at the front and the workers inside were also really awesome, the young lady that had taken out order was also nice. Overall, the customer service is superb and we felt very welcomed, accommodated and appreciated. The line is long and busy but we'll worth it as they do their best to get to each customer in a timely manner. Saving the app so that we can purchase year round 🩷 Will definitely be...

If I could I would give this place 1000 stars so story time I come to this dutch bro 2 plus times a day I Love the employees very much. I ordered a drink from a picture this morning it had strawberries and I'm highly allergic to strawberry discovered it after I left broke out in extreme hives. Had to sit in my car like a crazy person for 45 minutes waiting for everything to calm down. Tray remade my drink let me watch him he's always the sweetest and made it 1000%right this time. I appreciate him very much.
