My first impression when walking into this store was I knew I was going to be taken care of. Evan, Justinian, and Jeremy all greeted me and listened to what issue I was having with my iPhone. Their consultative, friendly, and courteous approach to my issue actually led to me upgrading to the new iPhone! The 3 girls, Ashley, Serenity, and Caitlin were fantastic! I went in to swap from US Cellular to T Mobile and there was someone who had fraudulently used my social security #. And I had the problem taken care of and left with my new T Mobile phone working with all my data transferred and my phone # ported! The best cell phone store experience I...

Great location with great staff who are very knowledgeable! We are looking to switch carriers and Victoria was great with explaining promotions and all the perks of being with T-Mobile. The entire staff were very friendly and great with our kids! Highly recommend...
