Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fort Atkinson

At first, the staff was courteous when taking our order. While we were getting drinks, I noticed the rap music being played and thought it was strange music to be being played in a Taco Bell. After getting our food and sitting down, my daughter and I heard explicit lyrics and the n word over and over. I approached the counter, and no one was to be seen. Finally, one worker came from behind the back wall and asked what he could get for me. I asked him to kill the music. He couldn't hear me and had to ask me two more times due to the sound level. He said he couldn't change it because it was the radio. I disagreed with him and told him I was there with my family and didn't appreciate the f bombs and n word over and over. He argued with me, so I just told him that I would just report it to the owner and returned to my seat. The volume dropped, and a few minutes later, a different music was playing more like pop music. Then, the truly unprofessional behavior began. They had two music systems going, and the volume started going up and one of the male employees started singing lyrics of a different song, YMCA, loudly and obnoxiously. I couldn't wait to get out of there at that point and my family, too. Very poor judgment on their part. It's been two weeks, and there's no response from the owner. No apologies. I guess I leave the post unchanged. They obviously don't care about...

Absolutely disgusting management tonight. We went to drive thru and ordered the lady on the other end messed it up and they forgot part of my order. Not a big deal, while waiting I checked the bag and more things were incorrectly made. Went back to complain and have it made right. We had to again wait and pull around, while waiting I realized 2 other things were missing, so we pull back around. At this point we find said missing items in the first redo bag, I just want a refund qt this point because everything is now cold while waiting on 2nd remade food. Management comes to window with major attitude fit to palm of hand telling me that they cannot nor have ever done a refund. I told her just a few weeks ago the management did because of the same issue. She then refused to give me her name to report her to management in the morning. I did apologize to the younger lady running drive thru as she was new. I will NEVER return here.

Update....

Called this morning to speak with General management and was again confronted with attitude and disrespect. Was told there is nothing she could do as a refund should be issued day of.. I tried and was told to call her. I was then told that I shouldn't return to this taco bell again. How does this place stay open? Absolutely horrible...

On Sunday 1/27/19 around 2p we stopped at the KFC/TACO BELL in Fort Atkinson WI placed my order starting off by saying we get Senior discount, I ordered the 3 pc KFC chicken dinner which they said it would be wing, leg, and breast, biscuit, slaw and mash potatoes I subbed mash for wedges let’s see first off did not get my discount they corrected it was $1.18 savings plus I did not get slaw which they fixed, I ended up with both potatoes. Now the chicken I got was 2 legs and a thigh. As I was leaving another lady went up to complain she did not a biscuit and they told her they were out. Soooo don’t you think she paid for that? Something has changed we have been going to this place for a couple of years now don’t know what has happened but I’d like the way it was before! One more thing I watched the person in charge push his glasses up on his face with his gloves on. The gloves should have been removed rewash hands and then apply new gloves. If they are trained properly ANYTIME you have gloves on and anything that is touched hair, face, glasses, clothes, whatever they are to be removed, wash hands 20 seconds then reapply new gloves!
