Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Atkinson

With my pizza I ordered (which was the only thing that was good) I asked for 2 Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting, 1 Cheese Sauce, 1 Burger Sauce, and 1 Cinnabon® Mini Rolls. This is what I got instead. NO Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting, NO Burger Sauce, I got the cheese sauce but it had mold on top of the cheese sauce. There was no way whoever put that in my pizza box couldn’t see that mold it was plain as day, you’d have to be blind or just don’t care what you give to your customers, and the Cinnabon® Mini Rolls looked nothing like the ones in the picture they were the saddest looking Cinnabon Mini Rolls I have ever seen. They looked unbaked. I don’t think they were made correctly so I didn’t eat them nasty looking Rolls!! So now I’m out $11.65. $4.16 for the dips and $7.49 for the Cinnabon Mini Rolls because someone didn’t make them right. I don’t eat pizza very often and when I do I always went to Pizza Hut but now I don’t think I’ll be going back!! They’d have to reimburse me for the missing and moldy dips and the unbaked mini rolls they were nasty looking. Looked nothing like the picture on their website, not even close. It looked like they took them out of the freezer or fridge wherever they keep the mini rolls before they sell them and just placed them on top of the pizza box and sent it out the door for delivery. If it was my Pizza Hut employee or employees that forgot 3 dips and gave a moldy dip and unbaked mini rolls to a customer, I’d fire whoever they are. Clearly they don’t care about customer service.The Fort Pizza Hut is not what it once was. It’s gone way down hill. I’ll stick with Domino’s or Sal’s at least they care about their customers and the food...

Took my 4-year old granddaughter for lunch today! I was instructed on the “new” process for dine-in (order at the counter the wait for it to come up and pick it up). The food itself was excellent except the marinara sauce for our breadsticks was COLD! As we were enjoying our meal, there were 2 guys in back having a very loud conversation, which includes the F-bomb every other word! I waited several minutes before I went to the counter and said “whoever that is having the conversation in back with every other word being the F-bomb; needs to stop! I have a 4-year old out here who doesn’t need to hear that!” I then packed up and left! On my way out, I noticed the 2 guys standing within view. I lectured them about how unprofessional their conversation was for all to hear! The response, I received, was “people make mistakes and we aren’t even supposed to have people in the dining room”. If that is truly the case, I should have been told when I entered the building and the others 2 people there should have been told the same thing! More was said on both sides, including me stating I will never order from the Fort Atkinson Pizza Hut again because of their unprofessionalism. He responded by saying “I don’t know what you think you are going to accomplish by yelling at me”. I did not yell, just brought out my stern mom voice. I don’t know who the general manager is now because there is no name in the sign outside the door. I will not be a patron of this business again! Horrible customer service. The guy serving the orders in the to-go window had a really bad attitude. When I asked to add a soda, he nodded his head and seemed like I had asked him to make a miracle, just for adding a soda to the order - not the end of the world buddy. Then I got my order and I was missing a whole pizza. When I politely mentioned that I was missing part of the order, he again nodded his head and rolled his eyes. Then with an attitude tells me to show him what he had just given me, even though I showed him the receipt of what was supposed to be there and what was missing. He obviously thought I was lying, so he had to make sure I was not taking "advantage of him". He went inside and I heard him asking inside and the other employee said yes, he is missing a pizza it will be ready in a couple minutes. He was ready to send me on my way without even checking that I was missing half of my order. Finally, he gives me the pizza with a bad attitude again! However, I get home and the pizza is undercooked and my bread sticks were not even cut. I will never ever come back to this pizza hut. now reading all the bad reviews, I wish I would of checked beforehand but you never know until you experience this service and food yourself! Hopefully someone sees this and chooses to avoid...
