Walgreens — Local services in Fort Dodge

The pharmacists here are fantastic! They are very caring,knowledgeable and take time with their patient's. The techs are very nice also. Any of the staff are very willing to help with any questions in any part of the store. The photo staff is also amazing. I wish they could go back to later hours for the pharmacy though. The new way they do the online ads is awful! The customer service for advertising is horrible! They should have never stopped printing the ads! Walgreens makes alot of money and should quit using shortcuts hurting staff...

EVERYTIME I go in there atleast one or more of the items I buy on sale but doesn't ring up the sale price EVERYTIME? I did an order online last week one item out of stock didn't take it off my total. Tried to do an order online today went to check out and 5 out of 6 items not available. c'mon it's this close to Xmas and when the items get low why not order more? Don't want to make money? I mean clearly the stuff is selling! Don't get me started...

Although it says open, one must walk to the back of the store to see that "effective March 14 the pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday ". They will also not be open for the holiday so if you need any urgent prescriptions filled for your convince their next 24 hour pharmacy is located in Ankeny. Now, this is not effective if your doctor called your RX into this pharmacy- also your doctor will not be notified of the multiple...
