Got my tv back after 3 months of calling to see what was going on when the backlighting was supposed to be fixed in 3 days... (I was told)very little communication I always had to call and never got an answer always just a run around. Finally I let them know I was coming to get my tv they gave me my deposit back (thank goodness )and now my tv is even worse than when I brought it in. No sound now which it had before, no cords were sent back home, no stands, scratches all over the tv. Do...

Outrageous pricing for the backlights to go out 7 months after they are replaced...and when I called the first time the guy said it was probably a faulty part & bring it in free of charge...second time I called to see if It was really going to be free of charge they said the same amount we paid the first time. Which would be another $200...not happening at all because they will probably just put faulty backlights in again. I can buy a brand new tv rather then pay...

Fantastic service! I had an issue with a new LG TV that was under manufacturer warranty. I was contacted by Curt, of Messerly TV, after going through LG's customer service. His communication was great, showed up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable with the product, and he's an honest guy. 100% will be my first call with TV issues...
