Personally, I haven’t had a good cut & color in years and honestly wasn’t expecting it would be different this time. I’m thrilled to say my hair looks fantastic. The cut is amazing and the highlights have depth and dimension without any brassy undertones. Something that can be hard to achieve with my hair. Arjeta did a beautiful blowout, the cut laid perfectly, giving my fine hair unbelievable volume. My hair looked great all day, the next morning, I ran a brush through it and it looked great, went to Pilates and even after an intense, sweaty reformer class, my hair still looked great. Now it’s the 3rd day and I’m traveling. Woke up, brushed my hair and it doesn’t need a thing, it still looks fantastic. I’m beyond thrilled to have gorgeous, basically maintenance free hair! For reference, I’m In my 60’s, with fine, naturally wavy hair & Arjeta gave me a layered bob that just grazes my shoulders with bangs. We were both upset we neglected to take before photos but I will find some “before” photos and I’ll come back to post before and after pics. As for her salon, it’s welcoming, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed with a great vibe & great music too. Arjeta was attentive & took her time with me, discussing every aspect of what I was looking for. I felt like a valued customer and by the time I left, I felt like I was a friend. First let me start by saying, ARI IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I have super thin, fine hair so I am always nervous to get my hair cut because i don't have much hair to work with, even when it is long. After doing a lot of research, I found Ari with Hair With Flair Studio. I reached out to her and told her what I was looking for and what my concerns were. She responded immediately and offered to have me come in for a consultation first. I met with her that same day and we discussed options for my hair type. She was patient and took the time to listen to me and made me feel heard. I felt confident in what we were going to do with my hair. I made an appointment with her for the following day to actually get the haircut and all I can say is WOW! She started by washing my hair and gave the best scalp massage then started cutting my hair. She went slow and made sure I was happy with the length before continuing to cut. At the end, she styled it and showed me how to style it at home. Arjeta was very patient and worked with me from the beginning to the end. She communicated with me very well which was very important for me. She was willing to work on my hair which I knew it would be pretty challenging with multiple colors (yes it was a mess!). She explained to me the process and a possibility of result may not come out as I would hope. I totally understood and I knew I was taking a chance but I was very comfortable with her as I could tell that she really cared her clients and she has great knowledge on coloring and her work. After a long hours on my appointment day I found myself with fabulous new hair colors which I was longing for a very long time.
