East Furniture — Local services in Oakland Park

I went to the East Furniture in Pompano Beach for a sectional couch. I spent 800 dollars (which was a sale price and I do understand that is more affordable than many stores.) Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.

In under a year, the faux leather is completely cracked, the arm rests do not go up and down as they should and worst of all, an entire leg broke from under it so now I have a stack of books holding it up until the new couch I'm getting for Christmas arrives. Use this furniture for display/staging, not every day use.

EDIT: The company immediately responded to my message as you can see below. I sent the photos that they requested on Dec 24th. Followed up again in January. As of today, Feb 6, they have never replied...

My wife and I have been looking for furniture to finish our bedroom with something special that you do not see in every store. We walked into East Furniture and the staff help us and within an hours time we found just what we were looking for. Staff is more than helpful and more than accommodating I would suggest and refer the store to anybody looking to do just about any room with their own flair

They provide delivery as well and will definitely return. One of a kind shopping...
