I will never ever return nor recommend this pizza hut to anyone! The service I received tonight from the employees was despicable! On my previous visits I received much more acceptable service. The cashier Leticia who took my order had one of the nastiest attitudes ever! Before I could make up my mind on what to order,she didn't give us any time to decide on what we wanted she just asked for my phone number. She didn't know anything about the products I wanted to order. I asked her how many toppings comes on the pizza for the $10 box and she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders as if she was bothered because I asked her a question. I told my husband I didn't want anything anymore. He asked me why and I told him because she's not providing good service and she went on to say, "oh I didn't know you were talking to me". Of course not if you're rolling your eyes and making nasty faces. After a minute or so he talked me into just getting what we came to get only because we drove all the way from Pompano. My husband was interested in getting the grilled cheese pizza and he asked what toppings you can get and she told us it didn't matter. OK fine so we ordered the grilled cheese pizza with meat lovers toppings and a order of the 8 pc bone out wings and she told us our total came to 25.41. I was actually going to pay until I realized it was a little more than I expected to pay. I questioned her about the price and she said it was because we ordered meat lovers. My husband said he refused to pay 5 extra dollars for the toppings so she went on to tell us that the other employee had already started making the pizza and added the meat lovers toppings. The other employee/pizza maker who was on her phone the whole time became so upset because she had to change the toppings. She started giving us dirty looks as if she didn't want to be at work. About a minute later another employee walks from the back and I asked him if he was the manager and he said no the managers in the car.Really? I wanted to talk to him but he didn't carry himself as a manager since he walked in the store on the phone and didn't even see if everything was OK. Read moreSo I placed an order online because I was on my T-Mobile Tuesday app and they had a deal, well the code didn’t apply to the order but doesn’t tell you it just submits the order; well I wanted to cancel because I wasn’t getting what I wanted. I called the number for this store and I get connected to a call center who is unable to cancel the order and needs to transfer me to the store (which I thought I was calling them in the first place) I was on hold for 20 minutes and never spoke to someone from the store to cancel. I call back three more times on my other phone and they keep transferring me to the store who clearly just isn’t answering. By my third attempt I told the person at the call center that I would be refusing this pizza as it wasn’t what I wanted and tried several times to cancel. My question for Pizza Hut is why have a call center who doesn’t have the ability to do anything but place your order answering all your calls? And why do you have people working in your stores not answering the phone? You took ordering pizza too a completely unnecessary complicated process. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore not because of just this situation. But the fact that you took the personal touch out of ordering pizza. Today is the official separation of me doing business with this location... First off, They never once told me that they don't have regular pizza drivers they are 3 third party contracted with doordash... My driver left all my food sitting out by the door 3 days ago with ants covering food. I called back to complain the manager credited my acct... Today I use my credit to order more food and we now have more problems... The driver they sent spoke no English, he sat in front of my gate entrance for almost 15 mins with my food getting colder by the min... We the driver finally reached me he was very rude and aggressively handed me my food ... I will not tolerate disrespect, poor food quality product and bad customer service... Also the food was ice cold when it finally arrived and the wings was 16pc , they put all the sauce at bottom and dumped 16 pieces of hard dry boneless chicken at top. You will not get another drop...
