Sadly need to give this place low stars after chasing me outside for a tip. I had already explained before paying that I had a poor experience with the guy and they still asked me to tip. After I left, my partner walked out from the bathroom and they told him I paid but he is required to pay for the tip. He is not from here and wasn’t aware of my experience so he paid the tip however as a business you should NEVER tell a customer a tip is required because it is absolutely NOT. You also should not ASK a customer for a tip. If the customer wanted to tip, they would have. As a customer I gracefully said my experience and if it’s not a good one, you should leave it at that and not for a tip. As tipping is based on service and putting a customer in an uncomfortable position like that is very unprofessional. Unfortunately will not be returning here anymore. I’d like to touch on the reason why my experience was poor was because the guy I had was apparently new and he continued to overwork my bones instead of my muscles. He continuously went over my spine and my joints instead of the muscle. Gave an extra star for a good experience...

I am not want to leave bad Google reviews, but on this case I will. I payed for a foot massage and had someone who rubbed lotion on my feet for an hour. I bought this up to the owner after they asked me how was the service. I said the worst foot massage I have ever had. Instead of apologizing she said I must have never been to this location before. I have been to this location many times with my kids and friends. She stated “maybe next time you will get a better person.” as a business owner myself I know how to deal with customer services and how to treat clients. This is my go-to for foot massages and full body massages afer a long day or when my muscles are sore. Massages range from 30mins, 60mins and 90mins; foot massage, to full body massage, or comination of the two at a very fair price. I enjoy getting the combo for foot massage and back massage as they use hot stones for the back and take away any knots. In my experience, the place has always been clean and the masseuse applies the right amount of pressure I ask for.
