Last year I took a job in Fort Lauderdale and made the move up to Broward County from Miami. I wasn't sure what area I wanted to live in, what type of apartment I wanted, or who to trust to get me into the right place. Luckily I came across a Sterling Teetor listing. I spoke with Brendon and he was able to send Hunter out to meet me the same day! I found an amazing apartment in Victoria Park and when my lease was up for renewal and I needed a bigger place, I called Hunter again! He was happy to show me all of the apartments that I was interested in, did an excellent job communicating with the landlord of my new place, and even walked me through the lease signing process. When I'm ready to purchase a home in the next few years, I know who I'll be calling. I am a buyer who lives in Virginia and bought a condo in Hollywood Florida. I was not familiar with the area but did go look at 9 condos on a weekend visit. Unfortunately I did not find what I was i was looking for. I was so lucky and fortunate to find Hunter Phillips who answered all my questions I had about the area (super Knowledgeable ). We just closed on a 2br condo in Dania Beach! Our agent was Hunter Phillips. Hunter and the rest of Sterling Teetor Realty group were top notch from start to close. This was not an easy find.
