3 stays, 3 Reviews I had a wonderful experience during our four-day stay at Casa Cordova, located at 1441 Cordova Rd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316. We checked in on November 2nd for a four-night stay. Despite our early arrival at around 1:30 pm, coming directly from a cruise ship with five suitcases, the staff was accommodating. We reached out via text, and although the room wasn't initially ready, they prepared it before the standard 4 pm check-in time. The communication was excellent, and we received a message at 2:40 pm informing us that the apartment was ready. Upon entering, we were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hot water never ran out. The neighborhood felt safe, and amenities like a fully stocked Winn-Dixie supermarket 1.5 blocks away and a Publix supermarket 0.4 miles away made our stay convenient. The area is also surrounded by numerous restaurants and other essential services. I highly recommend Casa Cordova for a pleasant stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Second Stay Returning to Casa Cordova for another short stay was as delightful as our initial four-day experience. Despite this being a shorter visit, the warmth of the service and the quality of the accommodation remained consistent. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities continued to function flawlessly. The staff once again showcased their professionalism and friendliness, ensuring our comfort from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the convenience of the location, with nearby supermarkets like Winn-Dixie and Publix making it easy to grab necessities. Moreover, the abundance of dining options and essential services in the neighborhood further added to the comfort and ease of our stay. For anyone seeking a consistently excellent stay in Fort Lauderdale, I can confidently reaffirm Casa Cordova as an outstantding choice. The impeccable service, coupled with the comfort and convenience of the accommodations, makes it a top recommendation for anyone visiting the area.

Our room was clean and well-maintained, with one major exception (detailed in next paragraph.) The A/C worked fine. The location is convenient to some restaurants, supermarkets, a liquor store, etc.

However, the bed mattress was so worn out and sagging that we got minimal sleep over our stay and what we did get was of poor quality. I sent a message to their management company about this and they responded that they would send someone by. Nothing was ever done. We both had sore backs as a result of the bed.

On the day of our checkout, we got a message from the management company telling us to clean our dishes and take out the trash before we left. We found this to be a rude surprise to our already unhappy stay.

I travel for a living and have spent several thousand nights in various hotels over the years. The bed in my room was the worst I have ever encountered. Interestingly, during my stay at this property, I spoke with another guest who reported the same issue with the bed in their room. They also got the same message to clean the dishes and take out the trash.

I was suppose to stay 4 nights.|The unit is just in front of a road intersection. |This shouldn’t be a problem if the window was a normal one. Unfortunatly it’s a slats window that let all the sound goes in the room||I asked for another unit : the first answer was « callback tomorrow morning »|The second day, after an awful night (I slept only 1 hour), I call again.|They asked me for 80USD for an extra cleaning. |After complaining the help desk girl told me she’s gonna refer to her manager.||I never had any news of this manager||Even the bathroom (also situated near the road but with a regular window) is more quiet.||I think I’m gonna make another reservation elsewhere (and will loose my money off course) but I really need to sleep.||Please avoid this property if you want to have some good night and a minimum of...
