My wife and I love coming here to have dinner and see the views. Was very disappointed in the fact that we received a parking ticket even though we paid for parking. This is an issue with the city. Apparently, when the parking attendant puts in your tag number, it doesn't link to the pay system ( ridiculous ) If they can't see your receipt perfectly on the dash of the car, they write you a ticket. (Even though I had paid to park for that time) You then have 10 days to appeal, I called as soon as we got off our cruise and the lady told me u have to appeal even though I could give her my receipt for parking. Really bad that this system is not like most areas and links together causing customers to jump through hoops they shouldn't have to jump through.
