I utilized this store to ship corporate property valued at $4,000. I acted as both the shipper and receiver since I would be receiving the property at its destination.
The property arrived tampered with and missing components.
I contacted the Owner of this UPS store and she stated that there was nothing they could do and was very defensive in stating that none of her employees would do something like this. The owner has no onsite security camera recording system and does not find it odd that her employee wanted to see the prepackaged computer prior to insuring and tagging it for shipment.
At no point in time did I claim that the property was tampered with inside of her store. The owner continued to placate me and disregard my only request which was for her to write my name and address down, distribute it to her employees and or the UPS truck driver that picked up packages that day with the instructions that the property be sent to me. The property is encoded, which makes it useless to anyone not in possession of our proprietary decoder, of which only 1 person has and its me. I asked that the property be mailed back without question or inquiry and the owner remained apprehensive about even performing this simple task.
I am very disappointed with the store owners ability to both install security measures at her store to prove that her employees are above reproach and or take my simple request seriously. Again, I never accused this stores employees of any wrong doing, but from the owner reaction, I now have to question their innocence.
Please, if you use this UPS store, insure your property for $100,000 or more to ensure you have their full attention and diligence when something...

First, the person who comments about the nasty old man must be a confused old person themselves. The two people there are both young, attractive individuals. My boss has had a mailbox there for 12 years, way before the present owners took over and the service improved 100% when he did. They do everything they can to make what can only be a stressful experience, with the present shipping situation, easier, better, and more friendly. With Amazon's present policies people come in with all types of unbelievable packages to be returned and these guys take care of it with a smile. As I say my company has a mailbox there and my boss just moved a few miles farther away. There is actually a UPS store now only 300 yards from where he lives but he won't change neither our mailbox, nor where we go to ship. Can't recommend...

Aaron A. requested handwritten blank scanned and emailed credit card authorizations. On top of that, he packaged the package against instructions and blew up shipping costs from about $90 to $370. A 4lbs/62inch package turned into a 21lbs/70inch monster. When I refused, he tried pressure sales tactics by threatened not to ship it and imaginary time pressure. I refused and never got my package. On top of that, now that credit card is compromised. Fraudulent, crooked, illegal are a few of terms that come to mind. Contacted UPS as well. (I have all these things in writing). Worst shipping...
