GameStop Military — Local services in Fort Liberty

I am very disappointed in this game stop on base and will never give them my business again. I was looking at trading in some xbox games to get my daughter a game for Christmas for her new 3ds. I went in there 3 times and each time there was a reason they could not give me the promotion that was going on. First time I went they told me i needed 3 games to get the extra $10.00 any three games. I went home and the next day went up there with my 3 games to trade in. Then the manager and assistant manager told me that the games had to be over a dollar and that my 3rd game was only worth .90 cents so .10 cents short of there dollar and told me i had to bring in a different game in order to get the 3 games trade with 10.00. I went up a day later with a new game. I was told by the assistant manager that the 10.00 would show up after he rang up my new game and the 3 games i was trading in. He then could not figure out why it was not giving me my 10.00 towards my games. After talking to other employees he said I'm sorry it is Sunday and that promotion ended today. I went up there three separate times in three days and every time someone had something different to tell me. I dont think anyone in this store had any idea what is going on when it comes to there special promotions for being a power up rewards member. We have spent lots of money in this store and i will never again. I cant not believe how much time and gas i wasted driving up there and doing what the manager and assistant manager told me to do. Beware if you go to this store because they will all tell you something different and then tell you sorry there is nothing they can do. I have never seen a game stop run like this one very...

Everytime I go into this store they dont have what i am looking for. I have went in here three times to see if they switch controllers, and they never do. I have been to several other Gamestops and they seem to have them in atock but for some reason the one on post does not. Pros The staff are very helpful and they are also friendly. Good selection of games for all the platforms expect for PC or Mac. Pre-Ordering was pretty easy and quick if there is no line.

Cons I would say this is the most cramp game stop I have ever visited. Pretty expensive for used games, even Amazon sells open boxed 3ds games way cheaper and used games are cheaper...
