First class was really great! Everyone was super nice and helpful leading up to the beginning of the workouts. The only thing that bothered me was whenever the instructor told us to start our next workout set, nobody knew what to do because majority of us were first timers and literally knew nothing. We ended up looking around the room, or at each other, to see if someone was doing the movement so we could join in. I think the instructor caught on a few times and started showing us after we looked around for some seconds, but I think it would've been easier had we been shown the movement prior. All the coaches are kind, helpful, supportive, and push you to do your best while also teaching you proper form. Every class is different which keeps it exciting and fun.
