R115sw owners read!!! I am a weird guy with a weird dad and we have a lot of speakers. Long story short my dad gave me his r115sw years ago, then it started turning off when pushed a little. Got a replacement from klipsch, no questions asked.

Fast forward a few years, he buys me a brand new r115sw(jan 2025). I played it for 4 hours the day it arrived. Next morning, no workie. No power at all. The very next morning, the "older" r115sw decides to also no workie, same symptoms. My dad in frustration and love, ordered me two rp1400sw's. Klipsch will no longer support sending you a new, poorly designed, 80% failure rate amp and instead told me to wait until june 2025 before a new $312 amp would be available to buy.

*Do not put your subwoofers on "AUTO" after SAO fixes it! Either manually switch the sub on when you use it, or leave the switch to ON and use a power strip to turn it off. Cut all power. The reason they die is because of the auto drawing 5 watts when the sub is idle, thus overheating stuff. Paul klipsch would be rolling in his grave.

Thank you very much SAO, my sub works again, i have one more dead amp for them to repair, and if any die again i will be sending them to SAO. Sounds just as clean as a brand new amp. 5 stars for communication...

Excellent service! Super-fast and my pool works great now! Originally called Hayward at just under the 3-year mark of my pool being built for the same issue. They sent me a new board and it worked great for 4 years before exhibiting the same issue of not keeping time again. It’s very clearly a manufacturer’s defect and Hayward is not willing to do the right thing and provide a permanent solution. We spent the entire pool season this year constantly resetting the clock to no avail. After some research, I discovered SAO and that they could fix my board with a permanent fix for a fraction of what a new board would cost — while also knowing a new board would eventually fail me again. It was a no-brainer! Removed the board in less than 15 minutes and off to the UPS Store. Shipped it for around $15. Got a text that it was fixed 2 days later and had it back in my hands 2 days after that. Works...

AGAIN, SAO has proved to be the best company we have worked with. They may be small but they are the most professional and efficient company we have worked with. They have rebuilt control boards that no one else could. So, now we send every board to them.. 10 STARS!!!!
