My visit to this establishment was, unfortunately, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
The ordering process was unnecessarily difficult. I first tried to call in my order, only to discover the store phone number listed on their website is incorrect. That number belongs to a private individual who kindly gave me the correct number after explaining he receives frequent calls intended for this business. The website itself is not user-friendly there is no option to order beverages other than milkshakes, which is odd and inconvenient.
I decided to place a curbside pickup order online, which required me to enter my vehicle make, model, and color. My confirmation showed a 15–20 minute wait time. I allowed that time to pass, but my order never came out. I called the store using the correct number provided earlier. A female employee answered, then hung up on me — twice. After waiting another 15 minutes, I called again. This time she answered and told me my order had been sitting there for about 20 minutes.
When I reminded her that this was a curbside pickup order, she said, “We don’t do that.” I explained I had ordered curbside pickup from them in the past.. in fact, I rely on it due to a disability that makes it difficult for me to exit my vehicle. She told me I would have to come inside. When I asked for a manager, a male employee came on the phone and insisted they “never” offered curbside pickup. This directly contradicts what’s shown on their own website and my receipt, which clearly lists my vehicle details and the “Curbside Pickup” designation.
After going back and forth and denying my refund request he finally agreed to bring the food to my car. That took another 5 minutes. When I checked the bag, the food was ice cold. I expressed my disappointment, but received only canned, generic responses. He offered me a drink for the inconvenience, asked what I wanted, and went inside only to never return. After waiting 5 more minutes in disbelief, I left.
To make matters worse, the food itself was subpar. The burger was drenched in white sauce “ queso” to the point the bun was soggy and inedible. It did not taste like the quality I had come to expect from previous visits, leading me to believe the cook may have changed.
From start to finish, the order took nearly an hour for what should have been a 15–20 minute process. The entire situation raises serious concerns about:
Website functionality and accuracy (false advertising curbside pickup)
Operational consistency and training
Food quality control
Treatment of disabled customers
I had previously referred others to TWF Burgers, but after this experience, I will not return. Business owners must understand that customers are not just transactions — there is a lifetime value to each patron. This establishment failed in service, quality, and accessibility, and has lost a...
Read moreGreat burgers and fries! Went there for lunch today with my wife and son. The place just recently opened maybe a week or so ago so we've been wanting to try it out. We were not disappointed. Usually new places struggle a little with service. Not here. We were promptly seated, despite the lunch rush, and our waiter took our drink order within a few minutes of being seated. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable service. I got "The Basic" double cheeseburger and added bacon, and got the "sidewinder" fries as a side. The son got the "bacon mac" cheeseburger. They have gluten free buns and fries! Wife has a gluten allergy and she was able to order any burger and make it gluten free. She was ecstatic. All the food came out in the average wait time. Burgers were huge, almost had to unhinge my jaw to bite it. They were great burgers as well. Meat itself was tasty and tender. Burgers average between $10-$17 and are VERY much worth it. They have shakes too....real ice cream, hand made shakes....but we decided to come back in the evening for one. The burgers maxed out our bellies! Since the place is new, it was very clean and in great shape. They have a full bar there too so you can get alcohol along with your food, or sit at the bar and eat and drink. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience and felt it was a great value for the money. Definitely will come back again. Kudos...
Read moreFood: We ordered two burgers and a kids chicken tender meal. One of the burgers, we asked for the lettuce wrap instead of a bun. It was supposed to be the breakfast burger, however the egg was well over cooked, no bacon on it, and it only had a piece of lettuce at the bottom. When I went to get silverware to cut bites since it wasn't properly wrapped like requested (and offered on their menu for an additional charge) there were only two forks. Two forks for everyone, at a burger joint?! Anyway, we ask for a knife, which took 6 minutes to get.
The order of straight fries are supposed to be cut and cooked fresh however, they definitely were not. They tasted as if they were old and just microwaved to reheat and serve.
The kids meal was perfect. Our child ordered the curved fries and they were perfect as well.
The place was noisy, the neon lights were obnoxious being at eye level, but honestly the worst of it all was watching our server eating in the corner and grabbing people's food and serving them, then going back to her corner to eat her ice cream. What in the ... ?! Nia (our server) didn't listen to the orders or couldn't write them down properly, fine, people make mistakes, but then to watch her eating ice cream and grabbing peoples trays and serving ... PASS. We barely touched our food.
NEVER AGAIN! DO...
