Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Pierce

Very disappointed. The cashier N**h, was just there. Did not up sell or ask for here or to go. I wanted the BK King whopper, but because he didn't speck clearly I ended up with a BK XL. While waiting for my order, went to the restroom. What a mess it was. Paper towels on the floor and trash running over. When I got my order, I was missing an order of fries. He points out each fries went with a meal. I had to point out that I had purchased an extra order med fries. He filled the frie cop, overloading and spilling on the floor. The new fountain was out of most flavor drinks and one machine was out of ice. Makes matters worse, BK XL was warm and fries were warm. The only reason I didn't return anything was because the got a huge crowd. (McDonald's had there drive through only. Short of staff). This what a patron shared with us. The cashier that took care of me by the drive through the second time around cause they forgot to give me a second whopper was super rude, she was working the lobby and and came to the window. The other lady that gave me the whopper that was missing and I requested the receipt that the cashier didn't want to give me, was nice. I couldn't get her name but if you check the time right now September 29th at 11:45 am is the one that is working as I'm writing this report. Please check on your cashier, I worked at a Burger King and our group was always nice and friendly with our customers. So I do know how to handle customers. She is very disrespectful and bossy and even the workers there are scare she might tell them something. Please check your cameras. My car is a Ford Expedition 2007. You have the time and day. AWFUL! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. I don't eat BK but I only go there because of my 80 yr old mother, she likes these burgers once in a while and I keep forgetting that I hate this location until I am actually there and these workers never fail to remind me why I prefer to go to the location all the way down on US 1 when my mother has these cravings. I hope the owner or Corp reads these reviews and do something, they have the most rude people working there and the place is always dirty and they make you wait for a long time at the drive thru and they barely have customers inside or outside. One time, I complained about the unnecessary long wait and the girl working at the window told me "if you don't like it, leave" so I took her advise, today I made the mistake to go there again and nothing has changed from months ago, rude workers and a dirty place.
