Want to lose yourself in the intricate and fun world of bowling in good 'ol Fort Smith Arkansas? Bowling World is your best friend. To start off with, I'll talk about the selection.

To begin, selection. is up. They have every shoe size I can think of or that I've seen/heard. The shoes are well kept, clearly cleaned regularly and perhaps shined, from a few of my experiences. They have 100 lanes, and there's never a problem of not being able to enjoy bowling here. The lanes don't have too little or too much oil. The ball glides perfectly along the surface, reacting well to any English you may put on there as well. The balls itself aren't the best amount of choice, but I've never had any problems, you will find something, I promise. The food is also quite diverse, and Im pretty sure they even have chicken wings. The selection section gets 5 stars here, very nice! Continuing on the food train, the next section will go over the 2 main foods.

Moving on, the food is our next subject. The pizza and popcorn are what you want. Bowling alley pizza, often tasting like cardboard and a mouth full of disappointment, isn't like that here. It comes out hot and fresh, the cheese with actual flavor. It bubbles and beckons you to dig in. There isn't too much or too little sauce. It's the perfect ratio of sauce to bread. The pizza is also really thin and not heavy. It provides you adequate bowling fazazz. The popcorn is the other item. Buttery, popping with flavor, crunchy, no unfun kernels, it's everything you could ask for in popcorn. It's better than movie theaters too, not tasting like cold, overpriced odd tasting balls. The food gets a 4, because it's not the best I've ever had, but it's still really good. The price is also pretty decent, which leads me to my following point, the price.

To move on, the price is our other main concern. If going on Tuesdays or Thursdays, you can get deals, up to 20 dollars off. But for the average experience, 2 games with 3-5 people might be about 40 bucks. Add on some food, and you may spend 55-70 dollars in totality depending on how much you order. Considering you can get some dang good food, the balls, parking, shoes, and lanes are already covered, the price to go bowling is a bargain, and really good compared to other experiences nowadays, the price is a win here. The price is getting 3 stars, because it is still pretty expensive for one trip out. Moving on to my closing point, I'll quickly talk about extras.

For the falling action of this review, extras are our topic. The family-friendly aspect of this place is cool. Everybody is warm and welcome. Occasionally, you could get some help from some expert league bowlers when tournaments happen every now and then. They have billiards games for 2 dollars a game, I think, pretty good if you ask me. The tables are decently well quality, the cues are decent, and the balls are good. They even have pinball, which is also really fun. They have Frankenstein and one other, and that's a great time, too. They even have a mini arcade, with space invaders, a minihoops/ chucky cheese esc hoops game, and other fun things to enjoy. Extras get a 4 star rating.

All in all, Bowling World is an amazing, wonderful, and blast of an experience. You get high-quality gear, eats, and experience. The place is so nice and a one of a kind place for a bowling alley. So, whenever you have free time, come up to the good old military base town and bowl...

We visited your place of business with a group of 6 Adults and 3 kids ages 9, 6 and 2 on Friday April 12th around 6:30pm.

We approached the counter to purchase 2 lanes with 2 games each and have them separated where adults could play and the kids could place separate. The gentleman at the counter asked how many we told him and specifically asked to have them separate, and he proceeded to do it “his own way” and we told him again how we wanted it separate and he ignored us so we paid him and went on about our business.

We got to our lane, entered the adults on one lane (6 Names) and the kids on the other lane.

My wife went back up to the front to ask for the bumpers on my kids lane and the same gentlemen proceeded with “your games not going to finish because I set it up 4 per lane.” He made my wife feel like he was belittling her. We continued with our game.

We got through one game just fine, kids got through 2 games just fine. We get 1/3 of the way through our second game it shuts off. We go back to the counter to speak to the same gentlemen, and he was very incompetent with handling the situation. He kept cutting us off from talking and exhaling his breathe saying, “will you let me talk?”. After a banter back and forth on what we originally asked for he said “I’ll take what’s left from lane 56 and put it on 55 but it still will not let you finish the game”. I said, “If you cannot let us finish our game at least, I would like a refund for our visit.“. He proceeded to argue a little more, and wouldn’t even consider the refund at all. So I walked away angry and decided to go to the food court and ask for the manager, they pointed me in the direction of the closing manager for the night. I approached him and explained our situation. He said he understood what I wanted and continued to give me the same story the other guy was giving me which I think is completely crap. He didn’t even try to make it right till mentioned the refund, he said he would give us a few free games. So we agreed to it, whether he actually added them or not I will never know because we tried to finish the rest of the 2nd game and the pins kept resetting and wouldn’t let us continue. We tried resetting on the tablet, didn’t work. We hit the call button and no one came. So we just decided to leave and will never be returning again. Very unprofessional front desk staff. The cooks were super nice and friendly.

To sum it all up, I feel like my family and my friends who paid for 4 people each to bowl were ripped off of $75 dollars. We came from out of town for a Friday night out and it was a horrible experience. The two guys I spoke too treated us poorly, and with utter disrespect. I would hope for a business with this many years experience will take this in and reconsider who they hire for employment to represent...

Trash experience and the so called "manager" is a joke. We were on lane 25 starting out we paid for 2 hrs of bowling and 5 people being 3 adults a 2 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old. After the ball rolling down the lane only 3 times which is a one persons turn and half of the next persons turn. The lane messed up so we move to lane 26. No big deal. Then later as we were bowling my son and niece staryed getting sleepy so we asked if he could re fund us for an hour since we would only be staying 1 hour instead of the 2. He then says "I can't do that but I can re fund you for 2 people." I say "okay that's fine" mind you we still HAVE NOT bowled a full game and they counted moving us lanes as part of our playing time. We get 3 turns each away from finishing the game then the machine broke AGAIN so my mom asked "can you please fix the lane the one you moved us to also broke. So they say "yeah well send someone to the back to fix it. At this point when he said someone was back there fixing the issue it was 9PM. We calmly waited 20 MINUTES and got nothing but the run around when we asked what was going on. Then I said "at this point I just want a full refund we haven't gotten to bowl a single full game. My wife has hard hearing due to a medical issue and got a little loud. The guy behind the counter starts yelling at my wife so I tell him he's not gonna yell at my wife and if he wants to do something other than have female tendencies we can figure something out. Dude kept saying I can't refund I can't refund but refunded us for 3 of 5 people even though we weren't there our full time and didn't even get to bowl a full game. This establishment is way down hill and highly do...
