Have been going to this establishment for all of my sons baseball needs for anything we couldn't find online since he started T-ball (he's now in 13u) but, I recently went in to look and potentially purchase a quality catchers mitt for my son based on a recommendation given by one the employees (Great guy, forgot his name unfortunately). Against my better judgement I decided to splurge on a mitt that costed $350 but had a $40 off coupon and like $12 trade in credit. I also decided to have the glove broke in for an additional $25. Well, come to find out the gloves actual retail cost after doing my research late is $280 directly from the supplier. Tried calling and asking if there was anything that could be done considering I now feel taken advantage of and got told "It is what it is and unfortunately there's nothing we can do". This place has lost my trust...

I normally always get great service here. Today I decided to go trade a few discs in to get a few new ones. This is something I normally do without issue. I was not aware of different hours until I got to the door and was informed that the were closing early and I had 30 mins. No problem, I knew what I wanted anyways. I picked out my discs and once they got the price of my trades together. I went straight to the counter to check out with 10 mins to spare. That’s when I was informed that one of the discs that I wanted to buy was having an issue scanning and they told me I could not buy it because they did not have enough time to mess with it. I will say if you are disc golfer just spend the time and go to the disc golf dojo in van buren. They have better selection, service, and are willing...

Honestly, I wouldn't even give this place a one star but it required me to select something. Where do I even start. Uniforms have been an absolute nightmare. Between lost orders, orders not being correct, we are now on our third trip back to get the correct socks. We also had them break in glove and when we went to pick up said glove we were told it was already picked up. It was in fact not picked up and they did eventually locate the glove. We came back a week later to pickup the glove for it to not be broke in. If at all possible we will not be purchasing anything from this business moving forward.
