Just tried their crawfish and catfish platter and I have to say that it's the best seafood I've had since leaving Florida. The crawfish were cooked in small popcorn shaped mouth bites tender and juicy under the crunch the catfish was cooked just like it should be with the cornmeal crust. Potato salad was different a little sweeter but really good. I don't know how they make their house sauce but they should bottle it and sell it!!!! I ordered from fresh start seafood last week and let me tell you I been trying to get another plate ever since. I love my vegetables and cornbread so for sure I go the greens and two pieces of cornbread with some lemon pepper wings. It was not disappointing at all. Pretty good food. The alligator is great. It isn't muddy and they cook it up right. I do wish the serving was bigger but they have to make a living. The service is great.
